The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) announces the DEOMI Federal Organizational Climate Survey (FEOCS) which is a modified version of the existing DEOMI Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS). The FEOCS survey can be used by all Federal agencies to meet annual assessments as required by EEOC's Management Directive 715. The core survey, containing 61 items, addresses both Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) issues and Organizational Effectiveness (OE).
