Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute Graduate/Supervisor Survey Network
This network provides a comprehensive program evaluation of the Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Equal Opportunity Advisors Course (EOAC). The evaluation is designed to measure training effectiveness of the EOAC. More specifically, measuring student proficiency levels, and their individual knowledge, feelings and understanding of workforce diversity as related to the training received. DEOMI uses the data collected to make modifications to the EOAC to improve training effectiveness. Additionally, the supervisor of the graduate takes part in the program evaluation regarding how well the training received at DEOMI prepared the graduate as an Equal Opportunity Advisor.
