Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS)
The Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute (DEOMI) Organizational Climate Survey (DEOCS) is a confidential, command-requested organization development survey focusing on issues of equal opportunity and organizational effectiveness managed and administered by DEOMI. In all, the DEOCS measures 14 climate factors: eight EO/EEO and six OE factors and commanders can elect to add locally developed questions. All Department of Defense agencies can request a DEOCS at the request site listed below.
