Air Force Military Equal Opportunity Unit Climate Assessment Program (AFUCA)
This application is used by the Military Equal Opportunity staffs within the United States Air Force, the Air Force Reserve, and the Air National Guard to assist commanders at all levels in determining the human relations climate within their organizations. The application is designed to identify, through survey results and analysis, both positive and negative human relations factors that may affect mission readiness. These include morale, equal opportunity and treatment, interpersonal relationships and communication.
