HR Labor Tracker
HR Labor Tracker is a windows-based program management application designed and developed
to record and track Adverse and Disciplinary Actions; Ergonomics; Grievances; Performance
Improvement Plans (PIPs); Workman’s Compensation; Within Grade (WIG) Denials; Federal
Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) Unfair Labor Practices; Reasonable Accommodations;
and Special Projects.
HR Labor Tracker's features and capabilities include:
- Adverse and Disciplinary Actions: Designed for recording case
management information for disciplinary actions taken against individual employees.
- Ergonomics: Designed to record the ergonomic issues an individual
employee might have and the products and services provided to help solve these
issues.
- Grievances: Designed to record the grievance issues an individual
employee might have, and the arbitration decision based on these issues.
- Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs): Designed to record the
performance improvement plan for an individual employee and the final decision
on his/her plan.
- Workman’s Compensation: Designed to record the injury and
compensation issues related to Workers' Compensation.
- Within Grade (WIG) Denials: Designed to record the issues
related to Within Grade (WIG) Denial.
- Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) Unfair Labor Practices: Designed
to record unfair labor practice charges, unit clarification, negotiability appeal,
FSIP, and consultation right.
- Reasonable Accommodation: Designed to record the individual's
information, the reasonable accommodation the individual requires, and products/services
provided/not provided.
- Special Projects: Designed to record the description, due
day, and completion day for a special projects.
The application also has the following capabilities and features:
- Suspense tracking of deadlines to meet as each case is processed.
- Report generator extracts information from each module which can be saved as
Excel spreadsheets, MS Word document files, or as Adobe .pdfs.
- LAN-enabled with secure/password protected access.
- Administrator can determine individual account accesses.
- Embedded help functionality.
Compliant with Section 508 of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
- Easily modifiable to meet the needs of all Federal and State agencies and the
private sector.
