Financial Readiness Planner

HRTec's Financial Readiness Planner (FRP) is a software budget and debt reduction analysis tool for financial counselors to use during their discussions with clients. It has been specifically configured for military personal financial counselors, but can be easily modified for working with any demographic group.

The FRP can be installed on every staff computer sharing a central database, so that any staff member could enter client financial information, or clients could enter their information themselves using customer computers. Then, when the client makes an appointment with a personal financial counselor, the counselor can immediately begin using the previously collected data. This is intended to save hours of data collection time and allow more staff resources to be devoted directly to client financial counseling services.

All data elements and transactions in the FRP are protected with 256-bit AES security encryption. This encryption is fully compliant with Federal standards for protection of sensitive data. Passwords are configured in accordance with DoD standards.

The Financial Readiness Planner can easily be modified to meet specific organizational needs and has been submitted for addition to HRTec's GSA Schedule. It may also be purchased directly from HRTec via purchase order, credit card (AMEX, Visa, Master Card), or check.
