EEONet© Case Management System
With more than 30 cumulative years of experience in EO issues and management on staff, HRTec has used their knowledge to develop this easy-to-use Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) case management system application. In 2001, EEONet was deployed at military installations throughout the US and overseas and is currently in use by over 200 EEO specialists in the Department of Defense. EEONet has been adopted by a growing number of Federal Agencies, including EEOC.
EEONet is available in both web-based and installed Windows software versions. EEONet is an EEO case management system built to assist EEO managers and counselors throughout an organization in managing all aspects of information and program management related to EEO complaints and resolutions. Built to support the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) reporting requirements, EEONet allows automated generation of the reports required by EEOC as well as a variety of other reports and documentation that can be customized to user and management requirements. EEONet is Section 508 compliant.
 The EEONet software runs on the Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000, and XP operating systems. It can be networked locally, with multiple users accessing a shared database with role-based data access. It offers the benefits of the traditional installed Windows application.
The EEONet Web-based solution extends EEONet's program management capabilities and data access via a secure, internet-based, real-time system. It includes all the original application's superior business logic and data entry flow, while offering the instant accessibility of a central database for the entire organization.
